Summary

Quasit is private, internal software operated by Jerry Partners LLC for its

own bookkeeping. It connects to a single QuickBooks Online company — the one

owned by Jerry Partners LLC. **It has no external users, collects nothing from

the public, and sells or shares no data with anyone.**

Who this covers

The only people who use this software are the members of Jerry Partners LLC

and personnel they expressly authorize, such as an engaged accountant. There is no signup, no customer account, and no

third-party access.

What data is accessed

Through the Intuit API, and only for the Jerry Partners LLC company file:

• Chart of accounts, classes, and company settings
• Transactions: invoices, bills, expenses, deposits, journal entries, payments
• Vendor and customer records
• Financial reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, general ledger,

trial balance, aged receivables and payables

The connection is read-only by default. Write access is disabled in

configuration and is enabled only deliberately, for entries a human has

reviewed and approved.

What is not accessed

No consumer or member personal data is sent to QuickBooks or retrieved from it

by this integration. Gym member records live in a separate system and are

subject to a separate internal rule limiting any output to a first name and last

initial. No payment card data, bank credentials, or government identifiers are

accessed, stored, or transmitted by this software.

How data is stored and protected

• OAuth tokens are stored in a file with owner-only permissions (mode 0600) on a

self-hosted Linux server operated by Jerry Partners LLC. The server is not

exposed to the public internet; it is reachable only over a private

network (Tailscale).

• Accounting data is retrieved on demand. Any local copy exists only to produce

reports for the owners and is held on the same private server.

• Tokens are never committed to version control, never transmitted to third

parties, and are revocable at any time by the account owner.

• Access to the server is restricted to the members of Jerry Partners LLC.

We describe controls we actually operate. This is a small private deployment,

not a certified hosting environment, and it is not represented as one.

Sharing

Data is not sold, rented, or shared. It is disclosed only:

• to Intuit, as inherent in using the QuickBooks Online API
• to an accountant or tax professional engaged by Jerry Partners LLC
• where required by law

Retention

Financial records are retained per ordinary business and tax recordkeeping

practice, generally seven years. OAuth tokens are retained only while the

integration is connected and are destroyed on disconnection.

Your control

Authorization can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online under

Settings → Apps → Connected apps. Revocation immediately and permanently

ends this software's access. Records already written to the QuickBooks company

file remain the property and responsibility of Jerry Partners LLC.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
